Common use of Rates for A-E’s Personnel Clause in Contracts

Rates for A-E’s Personnel. COUNTY agrees to compensate A-E for services performed by its personnel based on the hourly rates set forth in Appendix 2 for each Job Classification. The hourly rate for each job classification represents the maximum rate for that job classification. However, the COUNTY reserves the right to negotiate with A-E a lower rate for any given job classification based on the qualifications of the candidate being considered for that job classification.
