Rates Not Subject to Review. The rates for service specified herein shall remain in effect until expiration of the Term, and shall not be subject to change for any reason, including regulatory review, absent agreement of the parties. Neither Party shall petition FERC pursuant to the provisions of Sections 205 or 206 of the Federal Power Act (16 U.S.C. § 792 et seq.) to amend such prices or terms, or support a petition by any other person seeking to amend such prices or terms, absent the agreement in writing of the other Party.
