Schedule Coordination. If, as a result hereof, PacifiCorp is deemed by an RTO to be financially responsible for Seller's performance under the Generation Interconnection Agreement, due to Seller's lack of standing as a "scheduling coordinator" or other RTO recognized designation, qualification or otherwise, then Seller shall acquire such RTO recognized standing (or shall contract with a third party who has such RTO recognized standing) such that PacifiCorp is no longer responsible for Seller's performance under the Generation Interconnection Agreement or RTO requirement.
Schedule Coordination. If, as a result of this Agreement, Buyer is deemed by an RTO to be financially responsible for Seller’s performance under the Interconnection Agreement, due to Seller’s lack of a “scheduling coordinator” or other RTO recognized standing or otherwise, then (a) Seller shall use commercially reasonable and diligent efforts to acquire such RTO recognized standing such that Buyer is no longer responsible for Seller’s performance under the Interconnection Agreement, and (b) Seller shall defend, indemnify and hold Buyer harmless against any liability arising due to Seller’s performance or failure to perform under the Interconnection Agreement.
Schedule Coordination. If, as a result of this Agreement, PacifiCorp is deemed by an RTO to be either operationally or financially responsible for Seller’s performance under the Generation Interconnection Agreement due to Seller’s lack of standing as a “scheduling coordinator” or other RTO-recognized designation, qualification or otherwise, then Seller shall promptly take all actions necessary to acquire such RTO-recognized standing (or must contract with a third party who has such RTO-recognized standing) so that PacifiCorp is no longer responsible for Seller’s performance under the Generation Interconnection Agreement, and any costs incurred by PacifiCorp as a result of being deemed responsible for Seller’s performance under the Generation Interconnection Agreement shall be reimbursed by Seller.
Schedule Coordination. 11.10.1 Contractor shall schedule and coordinate the performance of the Work by Contractor’s personnel, and Subcontractors and Vendors of any tier, in a manner that will enable Contractor to achieve Interim Milestones by the respective Interim Milestone Dates and completion within the Contract Time. Contractor acknowledges that at least a portion of the Work will be performed under joint occupancy conditions at the Site.
11.10.2 Contractor shall cooperate with Owner and Owner’s other contractors so that both the Contractor’s Work and the work of others will progress smoothly with a minimum of disruptions and interference to any party.
11.10.3 Contractor shall schedule its Work and Project delivery of materials to comply with all reasonable requests and suggestions of Owner in order to maintain the Project Schedule within the limitations of all existing Site conditions and business operations of Owner.
11.10.4 Contractor shall use all best efforts to not utilize any labor, materials or means whose employment or utilization during the course of this Contract may tend to or in any way cause or result in strikes, work stoppages, delays, suspension of Work or similar trouble by xxxxxxx employed by its Subcontractors, or by any of the trades working in or about the Project and Site where Work is being performed under this Contract, or by other contractors or their subcontractors pursuant to other contracts, or on any other project and project site or premises owned or operated by Owner. Any violation by Contractor of this requirement may be considered as proper and sufficient cause for declaring Contractor to be in default, and for Owner to take action against Contractor as set forth in the Contract Documents.
11.10.5 In case of disagreements or disputes regarding the schedule of Work by other contractors or unnecessary interference to the Work caused by lack of cooperation between other contractors and Contractor, Contractor shall fully cooperate to resolve any disputes with or between other contractors. In case of disagreements or disputes between two or more contractors, Owner shall be consulted and Owner’s decisions as to proper methods for coordinating the Work shall be final.

If, as a result hereof, PacifiCorp is deemed by an RTO to be financially responsible for Seller's performance under the Generation Interconnection Agreement, due to Seller's lack of standing as a "scheduling coordinator" or other RTO recognized designation, qualification or otherwise, then Seller shall acquire such RTO recognized standing (or shall contract with a third party who has such RTO recognized standing) such that PacifiCorp is no longer responsible for Seller's performance under the Generation Interconnection Agreement or RTO requirement. Notwithstanding the foregoing: (i) the Parties agree that PacifiCorp will assume all “scheduling coordinator” responsibilities and bear all financial costs associated with this obligation on behalf of Seller unless the System becomes part of an RTO; and (ii) if the System becomes part of an RTO at some point in the future the Parties will determine the “scheduling coordinator” roles and responsibilities based on the rules of the RTO at that time.
Schedule Coordination. The Campus Developers, Campus Contractors, StadCo and the XXXX shall meet and confer in good faith as required to coordinate construction schedules for the Campus Improvements Work with the construction schedules for the Stadium Project Improvements Work to avoid delays or interference. The Campus Developer and Campus Contractor on the one hand, and StadCo and the XXXX on the other hand, (i) shall meet and confer in good faith from time to time to provide each other with monthly construction schedule updates to extent their work has continuing, potential impacts with respect to delay or interference, and (ii) agree to work in good faith with respect to such schedule coordination. However, the Metropolitan Government shall cause each Campus Developer and any Campus Contractor to agree that any construction work of a material nature that is likely to affect the critical path that is required to achieve Substantial Completion (as that term is defined in the Stadium Lease) of Project Improvements shall take precedence with respect to coordination of schedules. At the first meeting with a Campus Developer, StadCo shall provide to such Campus Developer a Stadium Project Improvements Construction Schedule with respect thereto, and prior to commencing construction of any new Campus Improvements within the Stadium Village, the Metropolitan Government shall cause each Campus Developer and any Campus Contractor to provide to StadCo with a Campus Improvements Construction Schedule with respect thereto.
Schedule Coordination. During the development and construction of the Base Building Work, and when certain milestones are achieved, Landlord shall distribute to Tenant updates to the Milestone Schedule that are prepared in connection with the Base Building Work, and Landlord and Tenant shall participate in regularly scheduled meetings to coordinate the Base Building Work with the Tenant Improvement Work. Landlord shall keep Tenant informed of all material changes in the Milestone Schedule so that Tenant may coordinate its construction work accordingly.
Schedule Coordination. The Carriers shall each use all reasonable efforts, consistent with their respective operational constraints, to coordinate their schedules to minimize connecting passenger waiting time and to maximize passenger convenience and service.
Schedule Coordination. Scheduling Coordination Services include, but are not limited to, the development, validation and submission of schedules and bids to the CAISO and/or other balancing authority operator markets for NCPA and Member loads and resources, where NCPA acts as Scheduling Coordinator or Scheduling Agent, interchange management services, WECC and NERC compliance activities and support, and system control and data acquisition.
