Common use of Ratification Vote Clause in Contracts

Ratification Vote. The Company's GWI, Working Conditions, and Benefits proposals are dependent upon ratification of both the Physical and Benefits Agreement. Implementation of the GWI, working conditions and benefits changes will not occur until both the Physical Agreement and Benefits Agreement are ratified.
