Rating Reports. Standard & Poor’s Rating Services, Fitch Ratings Ltd. and Mxxxx’x Investors Services Inc. shall have delivered to the Issuer and the Underwriters a final rating letter with respect to the Securities setting forth the ratings contemplated in the Final Term Sheet.

Rating Reports. The Issuer will use its reasonable best efforts to obtain for the Securities a rating from three “nationally recognized statistical rating organizations”, as such term is defined in Section 3(a)(62) under the Exchange Act.

  • Weekly Reports The Administrator must, on a weekly basis, provide written reports to Class Counsel and Defense Counsel that, among other things, tally the number of: Class Notices mailed or re-mailed, Class Notices returned undelivered, Requests for Exclusion (whether valid or invalid) received, objections received, challenges to Workweeks and/or Pay Periods received and/or resolved, and checks mailed for Individual Class Payments and Individual PAGA Payments (“Weekly Report”). The Weekly Reports must include provide the Administrator’s assessment of the validity of Requests for Exclusion and attach copies of all Requests for Exclusion and objections received.

  • Reports to Rating Agencies The Servicer shall deliver to each Rating Agency, at such address as such Rating Agency may request, a copy of all reports or notices furnished or delivered pursuant to this Article III and a copy of any amendments, supplements or modifications to this Agreement and any other information reasonably requested by such Rating Agency to monitor this transaction. If CarMax is no longer the Servicer, the successor Servicer shall provide any required Rating Agency notices, reports or other communications to the Depositor, who promptly shall provide such notices, reports or communications to the Rating Agencies.

  • Servicing Reports Seller shall simultaneously deliver a copy of any reports delivered by Seller to any Person pursuant to the Deferred Servicing Agreements to Purchaser.

  • Monthly Reports On or before the 15th day after the end of each month during the term of this Management Agreement, Manager shall prepare and submit to Owner the following reports and statements:
