Common use of Re-Bidding Clause in Contracts

Re-Bidding. 32.1 If the Procuring Agency rejects all bids in pursuant to ITB Clause 30, it may call for a re-bidding or if deems necessary and appropriate the Procuring Agency may seek any alternative methods of procurement.

Re-Bidding. 32.1 33.1 If the Procuring Agency rejects rejected all bids in pursuant to ITB Clause 3032, it may call proceed with the process of fresh bidding but before doing that it shall assess the reasons for a re-bidding rejection and may if necessary, revise specifications , evaluation criteria or if deems necessary and appropriate the Procuring Agency may seek any alternative methods of procurementother condition for bidders.
