Re-Bidding. i) If the Procuring Agency rejects all the Bids under rule 35, it may proceed with the process of fresh Bidding but before doing that it shall assess the reasons for rejection and may, if necessary, revise specifications, evaluation criteria or any other condition for Bidders.
