Common use of Re-Bidding Clause in Contracts

Re-Bidding. When the Department determines, in its discretion, to re-bid the construction contracts, the Professional shall be compensated its direct cost for reissuing the documents and providing any services related to the administration of the re-bidding, unless the re-bidding is required due to the Professional’s actions.
