Common use of Re-issuance of Conflicting Written Directives Clause in Contracts

Re-issuance of Conflicting Written Directives. On or before sixty days (60) days after the ratification date of this Agreement, both parties will make a reasonable effort to review existing policies and procedures in order to identify those that are in conflict with the terms and provisions of this Agreement. Those policies that are identified to be in conflict will be made to conform with terms and provisions of this Agreement.
