Common use of REACH Clause in Contracts

REACH. 12.1 The Buyer warrants, represents and undertakes to the Seller that it will promptly provide to the Seller such information as may reasonably be required from time to time in order to obtain and maintain REACH Compliance in respect of the Goods and that it shall comply with its obligations under REACH. 12.2 Without prejudice to any of its other rights or remedies, the Seller will have the right to terminate the Contract without any liability to the Buyer immediately upon written notice, if the Seller receives written notice from any competent authority, or in its reasonable opinion decides, that any of the Goods are not or will not become REACH Compliant.
