Negotiating Teams. The Board, or designated representatives appointed to serve on its team, will meet with representatives designated by the Association for the purpose of establishing procedures for negotiating and reaching mutually satisfactory agreements. Each party's negotiating team shall consist of not more than five members.

Negotiating Teams. A. The Board and the Association shall be represented at all negotiation meetings by a team of not more than six (6) bargaining unit members, a consultant, and the Association President. Neither party shall have control over the selection of the negotiating team members of the other party. B. Following such ratification, it shall be submitted to the Board for ratification and adoption. When adopted by the Board, the Agreement shall become a contract and thus be binding on both parties. Said Agreement shall be signed by the Board’s representatives and the Association’s representatives. When adopted by the Board, the Agreement shall become part of the official board minutes and become binding on all parties.
