Reaching Continuing Contract Status. Teachers who will be eligible for continuing contract status must notify the superintendent by November 1 of the school year in which the employee becomes eligible for a continuing contract. If the deadline is passed, the employee will receive another limited contract if it is the board’s intention to rehire.
