Reactive Power Penalty. 6.4.1 In case of Bagasse based co-generation projects, the Project will supply reactive power (RkVAh) equivalent to at least 36% of the active power (kWh) supplied to the grid on a monthly basis. In case of failure to do so, the STU/Licensee shall charge the shortfall at the rate of Rs. 0.25/RkVAh, or such other rate as may be stipulated by the Commission from time to time.
