Common use of Real Estate and Legal Fees Clause in Contracts

Real Estate and Legal Fees. Any commission actually paid by a relocated Counsel who sells his or her primary residence which was occupied by Counsel at the time the relocation offer was made, may be reimbursed up to a maximum level of four thousand dollars ($4,000). Legal fees connected with the selling of the house and the conveyancing of a new house (but not mortgage fees) will be reimbursed at cost. Property transfer taxes or GST may not be claimed.
