Pesticide Premium. A premium allowance of one dollar and twenty-five cents ($1.25) per hour shall be paid in addition to regular rates of pay to employees engaged in the preparation and application of pesticides. The premium allowance shall only be payable for the time actually spent preparing and applying the pesticides.
