Real Estate and Legal Fees. On relocation or within one (1) year of the effective date of relocation, an employee who purchases and/or sells his private dwelling will be entitled to claim for the following expenses upon production of receipts: (a) Reimbursement of fees to a maximum of four thousand nine hundred and fifty dollars ($4,950) charged by a real estate agency for the selling of the employee's private dwelling in which he resided immediately prior to relocation. (b) An employee who has sold his own home without the aid of a realtor shall be entitled to claim eight hundred and twenty-five dollars ($825).
