Common use of Real Time Communications Clause in Contracts

Real Time Communications. Revenue meters shall be capable of communicating with data acquisition system (“DAS”) equipment such as Remote Terminal Unit (“RTU”) to provide the following real-time bi-directional power and energy data: instantaneous power flows, per phase and three-phase averaged Root-Mean- Squared (“RMS”) voltages, per phase and three-phase averaged RMS currents and frequency with at least two decimal points.
