The Department of Industrial Relations Division of Workers’ Compensation shall investigate and study appropriate equipment and technology that may enable Workers’ Compensation Administrative Law Judges to comply with the summary of evidence requirements of Labor Code Section 5313 without the necessity of their taking handwritten notes during the course of trial.
