Reallocation of TIF Subsidy. DISD agrees and understands that in the event DISD fails to meet all of the conditions for payment of the TIF Subsidy including but not limited to, the completion of the Project or to meet any of the interim completion dates detailed in Section 2(D) or such later date(s) recommended by the TIF Board and approved by the Director or City Council as provided herein, the TIF Subsidy shall no longer be considered Project Costs of the District, and any obligation of the District or the City to pay DISD the TIF Subsidy shall automatically expire, with certain deadlines being subject to extension in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Further, in the event of such expiration, the TIF Subsidy may be reallocated to other TIF projects upon approval by the TIF Board.
