Reasonable Easement. Landlord specifically reserves the right (and Tenant shall permit Landlord or its employees, agents or contractors reasonable access to the Premises for the purpose of exercising such rights), to install, maintain, repair and replace in the ceiling space and/or under the concrete slab in the Premises, all such electrical, plumbing, HVAC and other system components that may be required to service the Common Areas or other tenants in the Center. Adequate access panels or doors shall be incorporated into Tenant’s Work for inspection, service and replacement of both Landlord and Tenant equipment.
