Reasonable Value. Payment of the compensation due to OSMI is not intended to be and shall not be interpreted or applied as permitting OSMI to share in Provider’s fees for physician services or any other services, but is acknowledged as the parties’ negotiated agreement as to the reasonable fair market value of the items and services furnished by OSMI pursuant to this Agreement.
