Reassignment Notice. 10 Employees reassigned due to a reduction or reorganization of 11 the work force and the Association shall be notified of such in writing. The County 12 shall consult with affected employees concerning their preferences for assignment 13 before reassignment under this Article takes effect. The County will comply with 14 Article 14.4 in the case of schedule changes.
