Reassignment of Employees for All or Part of a Shift. (a) The Hospital is responsible to assess the qualifications and capability of its employees to work in any unit or area. Where the employee does not have special qualifications that would normally be required to work in the unit or area requiring the reassignment, the Hospital will ensure the employee is assigned to perform only those duties for which the employee is qualified.
