Hospital Security. The Hospital will provide adequate security in Emergency on all tours.
Hospital Security. The Hospital will provide adequate security in Emergency on evening and night tours. The Hospital shall reimburse a nurse for reasonable damages to eye glasses, personal clothing and technical aides required to perform nursing duties occurring as a result of patient action. Nurses will have the right to investigate the feasibility of self scheduling.
Hospital Security. Deputy Sheriff(s) shall accompany all inmates transported to a hospital unless otherwise directed by the facility administrator.
Hospital Security. If a law enforcement officer has been injured and transported to a hospital, the Involved Agency will be responsible for coordinating security and assistance at the hospital. If a person has been injured by a law enforcement officer’s use of deadly force and transported to a hospital, the Involved Agency should coordinate with another agency to provide security when reasonably able based on the circumstances. If a person has been injured while in the custody of corrections officers and transported to a hospital, uninvolved corrections officers may be assigned to provide security in addition to security provided by a non-involved agency in order to meet any custodial duty requirements under the law.

Dialysis Services • The following dialysis services received in your home: o installing or modifying of electric power, water and sanitary disposal or charges for these services; o moving expenses for relocating the machine; o installation expenses not necessary to operate the machine; and o training in the operation of the dialysis machine when the training in the operation of the dialysis machine is billed as a separate service. • Dialysis services received in a physician’s office.
