Rebalance Risk. You acknowledge that the Rebalance recommendation provided by SoFi HK will not assist you to rebalance the Allocation of your Portfolio on a real time basis. SoFi HK will only provide you Rebalance recommendation according to the schedule described in clause 7.2, your Portfolio may not exactly match the Allocation of the Model Portfolio before and after the Rebalance and hence may not follow the performance of the Model Portfolio.
