Common use of Receipt of Discovery Requests Clause in Contracts

Receipt of Discovery Requests. The Firm shall immediately (same day) inform Citizens of any written discovery requests received that require Citizens to respond. Citizens and Outside Counsel should work together in preparing responses. Outside Counsel may not send a response to written discovery without first providing Citizens an opportunity to review and make edits thereto.
