Written Discovery. The Firm shall consult with Citizens prior to drafting and serving Interrogatories, Requests for Production, Requests for Admissions, or any other form of written discovery on another party. Citizens shall be provided a draft of any such written discovery and an opportunity to provide edits prior to serving such discovery upon the other party.
Written Discovery. Each party shall be entitled to serve 25 document requests, 10 single question interrogatories, and 10 single question requests for admissions. Answers and documents, if requested, shall be produced within thirty (30) days after service of the requests.
