Receipt of Tender Documents. 1. Economic Operators may receive a copy of the Tender Documents, free of charge, via the call for tenders workspace of the competition in the eProcurement System (xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx.xx). Registered Economic Operators are urged to associate themselves with the competition, so as to receive notifications for any clarifications and/or addenda that may occur during this competition. Non-registered Economic Operators may register for free following the instructions available in ANNEX III, or within the eProcurement System itself.   • Tender Documentation 1. A procuring entity shall promptly make available or provide on request to any interested supplier tender documentation that includes all information necessary to permit the supplier to prepare and submit a responsive tender. Unless already provided in the notice of intended procurement, that tender documentation shall include a complete description of:

  • Paper documents Any paper records must be protected by storing the records in a Secure Area which is only accessible to authorized personnel. When not in use, such records must be stored in a Secure Area.
