Tender Documentation 1. A procuring entity shall promptly make available or provide on request to any interested supplier tender documentation that includes all information necessary to permit the supplier to prepare and submit a responsive tender. Unless already provided in the notice of intended procurement, that tender documentation shall include a complete description of:
Paper documents Any paper records must be protected by storing the records in a Secure Area which is only accessible to authorized personnel. When not in use, such records must be stored in a Secure Area.
Amendment of Bidding Documents 10.1 Before the deadline for submission of bids, the Employer may modify the bidding documents by issuing addenda.
Amendment of Tendering Document 7.1 At any time prior to the deadline for submission of Xxxxxxx, the Procuring Entity may amend the tendering document by issuing addenda.
Delivery of Related Documents For each Schedule, Lessee will provide the following documents and information satisfactory to Lessor: (a) Certificate of Acceptance; (b) Opinion of Counsel; (c) proof of self-insurance acceptable to Lessor; (d) Financial Statements; (e) Incumbency Certificate; and (f) Other documents as reasonably required by Lessor.
Clarification of Bidding Documents 10.1 The prospective bidder requiring any clarification of the bidding documents may notify the Employer in writing or by cable (hereinafter the term cable is deemed to include telex, email and facsimile) at the Employer’s mailing address indicated in the Bidding Data.
Execution of Other Documents The parties shall cooperate fully in the execution of any other documents and in the completion of any other acts that may be necessary or appropriate to give full force and effect to this Agreement.
CERTIFICATE OF INDEBTEDNESS A certificate signed by the officer of Maybank as to the monies for the time being due and owing to Maybank from the Cardmember shall be conclusive evidence or proof that the amount appearing therein is due and owing and payable by the Cardmember to Maybank.
Complete Agreement; Amendments This Amendment and the Loan Documents represent the entire agreement about this subject matter and supersede prior negotiations or agreements with respect to such subject matter. All prior agreements, understandings, representations, warranties, and negotiations between the parties about the subject matter of this Amendment and the Loan Documents merge into this Amendment and the Loan Documents.
