Common use of Receipt of Work Assignments Clause in Contracts

Receipt of Work Assignments. Citizens will assign Work Assignments electronically to Vendor’s primary email address of record, located in the Vendor’s credentialing record within CAIS or by other electronic means that may be deployed in the future. Vendor will be responsible for allocating Work Assignments to its Citizens Appraisers. Vendor must acknowledge receipt of the Work Assignment, assign a Citizens Appraiser and email an assignment confirmation/acknowledgement back to Citizens naming the assigned Citizens Appraiser, within two (2) Business Days of receiving the Work Assignment. Confirmation/acknowledgement emails should be sent to Citizens at the email address that Citizens provides Vendor for such confirmations/acknowledgements.
