Receivable Interest. Each Receivable Interest shall be initially computed as of the opening of business of the Servicer on the date of Purchase of such Receivable Interest. Thereafter until the Termination Date, such Receivable Interest shall be automatically recomputed as of the close of business of the Servicer on each day (other than a Liquidation Day). Such Receivable Interest shall remain constant from the time as of which any such computation or recomputation is made until the time as of which the next such recomputation, if any, shall be made. Each Receivable Interest other than any Special Receivable Interest, as computed as of the day immediately preceding the Termination Date, shall remain constant at all times on and after the Termination Date; and any Special Receivable Interest, as computed as of any Special Termination Date, shall remain constant (at 100%) at all times on and after such Special Termination Date. Such Receivable Interest shall become zero at such time as the Owners of such Receivable Interest shall have received the accrued Yield for such Receivable Interest, shall have recovered the Capital Investment of such Receivable Interest, and shall have received payment of all other amounts payable by the Seller to such Owners, and the Servicer shall have received the accrued Servicer Fee for such Receivable Interest.

Receivable Interest. (a) On the date of Purchase of any Receivable Interest and on any Guaranty Protection Termination Date, such Receivable Interest shall be initially computed, after giving effect to such Purchase or repurchase pursuant to any Guaranty Protection Repurchase Obligation, as applicable, as of the close of business of the Servicer on such date. Thereafter until the later of the Termination Date or the date on which Capital is reduced to zero, such Receivable Interest shall be automatically recomputed as of the close of business of the Servicer on each day.

INTEREST CALCULATION METHOD. Interest on this Note is computed on a 30/360 simple interest basis; that is, with the exception of odd days before the first full payment cycle, monthly interest is calculated by applying the ratio of the interest rate over a year of 360 days, multiplied by the outstanding principal balance, multiplied by a month of 30 days. Interest for the odd days before the first full month is calculated on the basis of the actual days and a 360-day year. All interest payable under this Note is computed using this method.

  • Additional Receivables On each Distribution Date during the Revolving Period, the Depositor shall purchase from the Seller and sell to the Issuing Entity Additional Receivables in an amount approximately equal to (but not greater than) the amount of funds deposited on such Distribution Date in the Accumulation Account pursuant to clauses (vii) and (ix) of Section 4.06(c) of this Agreement. Subject to the satisfaction of the conditions set forth in Section 2.07, in consideration of the Issuing Entity’s delivery on or prior to any Subsequent Closing Date to the Depositor of an amount equal to the Aggregate Additional Receivables Principal Balance for such date, on each Subsequent Closing Date the Depositor shall, pursuant to this Agreement and the related Second Step Additional Receivables Assignment in the form attached as Exhibit C to this Agreement (the “Second Step Additional Receivables Assignment” and together with the Second Step Initial Receivables Assignment, the “Second Step Receivables Assignments”), sell, transfer, assign and otherwise convey to the Issuing Entity, without recourse:

  • Periodic Interest “Periodic Interest” will be payable on each Tranche of the Securitization Bonds on each Payment Date in an amount equal to one-half of the product of (i) the applicable Securitization Bond Interest Rate and (ii) the Outstanding Amount of the related Tranche of Securitization Bonds as of the close of business on the preceding Payment Date after giving effect to all payments of principal made to the Holders of the related Tranche of Securitization Bonds on such preceding Payment Date; provided, however, that, with respect to the Initial Payment Date, or if no payment has yet been made, interest on the outstanding principal balance will accrue from and including the Closing Date to, but excluding, the following Payment Date.
