Receivables Not to Be Evidenced by Promissory Notes or Chattel Paper. Except as otherwise provided in the Receivables Purchase Agreement in regard to servicing, take any action to cause or permit any Receivable generated by it that is sold or contributed by it hereunder to become evidenced by any “instrument” or “chattel paper” (as defined in the applicable UCC).
