Common use of Recipient Clause in Contracts

Recipient. 1. Must exhaust all of their own paid time off before donated time can be used. 2. Must be on an approved medical leave of absence lasting more than thirty (30) calendar days. 3. No lifetime maximum on the number of donated hours that an employee can receive. 4. Employees on medical leave of absence who have received vacation/sick donation hours will not be considered in an unpaid status until complete exhaustion of their accrued time and all donated hours.
