Common use of Reciprocal Agreements Clause in Contracts

Reciprocal Agreements. ‌ Any paid-up member of the ACTRA Performers Guild, Actors’ Equity Association (AEA) or Union des artistes (UDA) shall be subject to the terms of the applicable reciprocal agreement between Equity and ACTRA, or between Equity and UDA, or between Equity and AEA, provided such agreement is not in conflict with this Agreement.
