The employer has a responsibility to ensure that employees receive timely and appropriate training and opportunities for professional development. (b) Employees will receive training in the use of new technology before they are required to use such technology and they will receive appropriate technical support. (c) Employees will receive professional development in effective on-line teaching before engaging in such teaching.
