The Parties shall exchange Reciprocal Compensation Traffic at the technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA designated in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. The Party originating Reciprocal Compensation Traffic shall compensate the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic to its Customer in accordance with Section 251(b)(5) of the Act at the equal and symmetrical rates stated in the Pricing Attachment; it being understood and agreed that Verizon shall charge (and CBB shall pay Verizon) the End Office Reciprocal Compensation rate set forth in the Pricing Attachment for Reciprocal Compensation Traffic CBB physically delivers to a POI at the Verizon Wire Center in which the terminating Verizon End Office is located, and otherwise that Verizon shall charge (CBB shall pay Verizon) the Tandem Reciprocal Compensation rate set forth in the Pricing Attachment for Reciprocal Compensation Traffic CBB delivers to Verizon; it also being understood and agreed that CBB shall charge (and Verizon shall pay CBB) the End Office Reciprocal Compensation rate set forth in the Pricing Attachment for Reciprocal Compensation Traffic Verizon delivers to CBB. These rates are to be applied at the technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA at which the Parties interconnect, whether such traffic is delivered by Verizon for termination by CBB, or delivered by CBB for termination by Verizon. No additional charges shall be assessed by the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic from the technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA to its Customer; provided, however, for the avoidance of any doubt, CBB shall also pay Verizon, at the rates set forth in the Pricing Attachment, for any multiplexing, cross connects or other collocation related Services that CBB obtains from Verizon. When Toll Traffic is delivered over the same Interconnection Trunks as Reciprocal Compensation Traffic, any port, transport or other applicable access charges related to the delivery of Toll Traffic from the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA to the terminating Party’s Customer shall be prorated so as to apply only to the Toll Traffic. The Party originating Reciprocal Compensation Traffic shall compensate the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic to its Customer in accordance with Section 251(b)(5) of the Act at the equal and symmetrical rates stated in the Pricing Attachment; it being understood and agreed that Verizon Frontier shall charge (and CBB ADSC shall pay VerizonFrontier) the End Office Reciprocal Compensation rate set forth in the Pricing Attachment for Reciprocal Compensation Traffic CBB ADSC physically delivers to a POI at the Verizon Frontier Interconnection Wire Center in which the terminating Verizon Frontier End Office is located, and otherwise that Verizon Frontier shall charge (CBB ADSC shall pay VerizonFrontier) the Tandem Reciprocal Compensation rate set forth in the Pricing Attachment for Reciprocal Compensation Traffic CBB ADSC delivers to VerizonFrontier; it also being understood and agreed that CBB ADSC shall charge (and Verizon Frontier shall pay CBBADSC) the End Office Reciprocal Compensation rate set forth in the Pricing Attachment for Reciprocal Compensation Traffic Verizon Frontier delivers to CBBADSC. These rates are to be applied at the technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on VerizonFrontier’s network in a LATA at which the Parties interconnect, whether such traffic is delivered by Verizon Frontier for termination by CBBADSC, or delivered by CBB ADSC for termination by VerizonFrontier. No additional charges shall be assessed by the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic from the technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on VerizonFrontier’s network in a LATA to its Customer; provided, however, for the avoidance of any doubt, CBB ADSC shall also pay VerizonFrontier, at the rates set forth in the Pricing Attachment, for any multiplexing, cross connects or other collocation related Services that CBB ADSC obtains from VerizonFrontier. When Toll Traffic is delivered over the same Interconnection Trunks as Reciprocal Compensation Traffic, any port, transport or other applicable access charges related to the delivery of Toll Traffic from the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on VerizonFrontier’s network in a LATA to the terminating Party’s Customer shall be prorated so as to apply only to the Toll Traffic. The Party originating Reciprocal Compensation Traffic shall compensate the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic to its Customer in accordance with Section 251(b)(5) of the Act at the equal and symmetrical rates stated in the Pricing Attachment; it being understood and agreed that Verizon shall charge (and CBB MLTC shall pay Verizon) the End Office Reciprocal Compensation rate set forth in the Pricing Attachment for Reciprocal Compensation Traffic CBB MLTC physically delivers to a POI at the Verizon Wire Center in which the terminating Verizon End Office is located, and otherwise that Verizon shall charge (CBB MLTC shall pay Verizon) the Tandem Reciprocal Compensation rate set forth in the Pricing Attachment for Reciprocal Compensation Traffic CBB MLTC delivers to Verizon; it also being understood and agreed that CBB MLTC shall charge (and Verizon shall pay CBBMLTC) the End Office Reciprocal Compensation rate set forth in the Pricing Attachment for Reciprocal Compensation Traffic Verizon delivers to CBBMLTC, unless Verizon is required under Applicable Law to pay the Tandem Reciprocal Compensation rate set forth in the Pricing Attachment. These rates are to be applied at the technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA at which the Parties interconnect, whether such traffic is delivered by Verizon for termination by CBBMLTC, or delivered by CBB MLTC for termination by Verizon. No additional charges shall be assessed by the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic from the technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA to its Customer; provided, however, for the avoidance of any doubt, CBB MLTC shall also pay Verizon, at the rates set forth in the Pricing Attachment, for any multiplexing, cross connects or other collocation related Services that CBB MLTC obtains from Verizon. When Toll such Reciprocal Compensation Traffic is delivered over the same Interconnection Trunks as Reciprocal Compensation Toll Traffic, any port, transport or other applicable access charges related to the delivery of Toll Traffic from the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA to the terminating Party’s Customer shall be prorated so as to apply only to the Toll Traffic. The Party originating Reciprocal Compensation Traffic shall compensate the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic to its Customer in accordance with Section 251(b)(5) of the Act at the equal and symmetrical rates stated in the Pricing Attachment; it being understood and agreed that Verizon shall charge (and CBB Northstar shall pay Verizon) the End Office Reciprocal Compensation rate set forth in the Pricing Attachment for Reciprocal Compensation Traffic CBB Northstar physically delivers to a POI at the Verizon Wire Center in which the terminating Verizon End Office is located, and otherwise that Verizon shall charge (CBB Northstar shall pay Verizon) the Tandem Reciprocal Compensation rate set forth in the Pricing Attachment for Reciprocal Compensation Traffic CBB Northstar delivers to Verizon; it also being understood and agreed that CBB Northstar shall charge (and Verizon shall pay CBBNorthstar) the End Office Reciprocal Compensation rate set forth in the Pricing Attachment for Reciprocal Compensation Traffic Verizon delivers to CBBNorthstar. These rates are to be applied at the technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA at which the Parties interconnect, whether such traffic is delivered by Verizon for termination by CBBNorthstar, or delivered by CBB Northstar for termination by Verizon. No additional charges shall be assessed by the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic from the technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA to its Customer; provided, however, for the avoidance of any doubt, CBB Northstar shall also pay Verizon, at the rates set forth in the Pricing Attachment, for any multiplexing, cross connects or other collocation related Services that CBB Northstar obtains from Verizon. When Toll Traffic is delivered over the same Interconnection Trunks as Reciprocal Compensation Traffic, any port, transport or other applicable access charges related to the delivery of Toll Traffic from the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA to the terminating Party’s Customer shall be prorated so as to apply only to the Toll Traffic. The designation of traffic as Reciprocal Compensation Traffic for purposes of Reciprocal Compensation shall be based on the actual originating and terminating points of the complete end-to- end communication.

The Party originating Reciprocal Compensation Traffic shall compensate the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic to its Customer in accordance with Section 251(b)(5) of the Act at the equal and symmetrical rates stated in the Pricing Attachment; it being understood and agreed that Verizon shall charge (and CBB BCN shall pay Verizon) the End Office Reciprocal Compensation rate set forth in the Pricing Attachment for Reciprocal Compensation Traffic CBB BCN physically delivers to a POI at the Verizon Interconnection Wire Center in which the terminating Verizon End Office is located, and otherwise that Verizon shall charge (CBB BCN shall pay Verizon) the Tandem Reciprocal Compensation rate set forth in the Pricing Attachment for Reciprocal Compensation Traffic CBB BCN delivers to Verizon; it also being understood and agreed that CBB BCN shall charge (and Verizon shall pay CBBBCN) the End Office Reciprocal Compensation rate set forth in the Pricing Attachment for Reciprocal Compensation Traffic Verizon delivers to CBBBCN. These rates are to be applied at the technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA at which the Parties interconnect, whether such traffic is delivered by Verizon for termination by CBBBCN, or delivered by CBB BCN for termination by Verizon. No additional charges shall be assessed by the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic from the technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA to its Customer; provided, however, for the avoidance of any doubt, CBB BCN shall also pay Verizon, at the rates set forth in the Pricing Attachment, for any multiplexing, cross connects or other collocation related Services that CBB BCN obtains from Verizon. When Toll Traffic is delivered over the same Interconnection Trunks as Reciprocal Compensation Traffic, any port, transport or other applicable access charges related to the delivery of Toll Traffic from the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA to the terminating Party’s Customer shall be prorated so as to apply only to the Toll Traffic. The Party originating Reciprocal Compensation Traffic shall compensate the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic to its Customer in accordance with Section 251(b)(5) of the Act at the equal and symmetrical rates stated in the Pricing Attachment; it being understood and agreed that Verizon shall charge (and CBB Lightcore shall pay Verizon) the End Office Reciprocal Compensation rate set forth in the Pricing Attachment for Reciprocal Compensation Traffic CBB Lightcore physically delivers to a POI at the Verizon Wire Center in which the terminating Verizon End Office is located, and otherwise that Verizon shall charge (CBB Lightcore shall pay Verizon) the Tandem Reciprocal Compensation rate set forth in the Pricing Attachment for Reciprocal Compensation Traffic CBB Lightcore delivers to Verizon; it also being understood and agreed that CBB Lightcore shall charge (and Verizon shall pay CBBLightcore) the End Office Reciprocal Compensation rate set forth in the Pricing Attachment for Reciprocal Compensation Traffic Verizon delivers to CBBLightcore, unless Verizon is required under Applicable Law to pay the Tandem Reciprocal Compensation rate set forth in the Pricing Attachment. These rates are to be applied at the technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA at which the Parties interconnect, whether such traffic is delivered by Verizon for termination by CBBLightcore, or delivered by CBB Lightcore for termination by Verizon. No additional charges shall be assessed by the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic from the technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA to its Customer; provided, however, for the avoidance of any doubt, CBB Lightcore shall also pay Verizon, at the rates set forth in the Pricing Attachment, for any multiplexing, cross connects or other collocation Collocation related Services that CBB Lightcore obtains from Verizon. When Toll such Reciprocal Compensation Traffic is delivered over the same Interconnection Trunks as Reciprocal Compensation Toll Traffic, any port, transport or other applicable access charges related to the delivery of Toll Traffic from the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA to the terminating Party’s Customer shall be prorated so as to apply only to the Toll Traffic. These rates are to be applied at the technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA at which the Parties interconnect, whether such traffic is delivered by Verizon for termination by CBBHypercube, or delivered by CBB Hypercube for termination by Verizon. No additional charges shall be assessed by the terminating Party for the transport and termination of such traffic from the technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA to its Customer; provided, however, for the avoidance of any doubt, CBB Hypercube shall also pay Verizon, at the rates set forth in the Pricing Attachment, for any multiplexing, cross connects or other collocation related Services that CBB Hypercube obtains from Verizon. When Toll Traffic is delivered over the same Interconnection Trunks as Reciprocal Compensation Traffic, any port, transport or other applicable access charges related to the delivery of Toll Traffic from the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA to the terminating Party’s Customer shall be prorated so as to apply only to the Toll Traffic.
