Common use of Reciprocal representation Clause in Contracts

Reciprocal representation. 1. Representatives of the Association shall be invited to attend the regular sessions of the Commission and may participate without vote in the deliberations of that body and, where appropriate, of its working groups with respect to items on their agenda which are of common interest for the Commission and the Association. 2. Representatives of the Commission shall be invited to attend the regular sessions of the Association and may participate without vote in its deliberations and, where appropriate, of its committees with respect to items on their agenda which are of common interest for the Association and the Commission. 3. Appropriate arrangements shall be made by agreement from time to time for the reciprocal representation of the Commission and the Association at other meetings convened under their respective auspices, which consider matters in which the other organization has an interest.
