Reciprocal Rights. 1. In accordance with Sections 7-465 to 7-477 of the Connecticut General Statutes, as amended, and subject to Article XX of this Agreement, the Town recognizes the Union as the exclusive bargaining representative for the employees in the classifications set forth in Appendices I and II annexed to this Agreement.
