Requests for Release Time. 7.4.1 The University will make every reasonable effort to support any request for release time, but will guarantee release time effective September 1 of any year if the request is made in writing to the University prior to the preceding May 15. 7.4.2 No request for release time of a full-time Member shall result in a reduction of teaching to less than one (1) half-course (0.5 credit) or the pedagogical equivalent per Academic Year.
