Common use of Reciprocal Rights Clause in Contracts

Reciprocal Rights. 11.1 Biweekly communication meetings will occur between the CSEA President and Human Resources Administrator and/or designee(s). Standard agenda items will include personnel changes, perceived grievances/problems, rumors, and any other matters. Biweekly meetings may be cancelled by mutual agreement.
