Reclassification Up. (a) Reclassification upward is a change in classification of a position by raising it to a higher classification. Employees, or supervisors with prior notice to the employee(s), may seek reclassification to any non-supervisory or non-managerial classification in the Executive Branch (DAS) of government whether or not the classification is included in Appendix B of this Agreement provided that:
