Office Closure. (a) When a Group Post Office, not located in a Corporation owned or leased premise, is to be closed, and the Postmaster was on strength at the date of signing of the collective agreement or has since acquired five (5) years or more of continuous employment, the Corporation shall give the Postmaster and the appropriate Branch President notice in writing at least ninety (90) days prior to the closure of the office.
(b) The name of the employee who is scheduled to be laid off will be placed on a special list which will be valid for one (1) year from the date of lay-off.
(c) When a vacancy occurs in a Group Post Office in the employee's area of competition each person whose name is on the special list will be given priority of appointment to a vacancy for which he is qualified according to order of merit from within the group on the aforementioned list.
Office Closure. In the event the County closes one (1) or more offices the County will endeavor to notify the Union, and will discuss with the Union, upon its request, the impact upon the wages, hours and working conditions of the affected employees in the Health Services bargaining unit.

Office Closure. When an MLA resigns, passes away or is defeated in an election or by-election the Constituency Assistant shall be allowed up to seven (7) working days with pay in order to close the office.
Office Closure. (a) The offices of the Employer will close at noon on the day before Christmas. Those employees who report to work for the morning shift (3½ hours) will receive payment for the afternoon shift (3½ hours) provided they would normally have been scheduled to work the afternoon shift.
(b) If the Employer closes its offices at noon on the day before New Year's, those employees who report to work for the morning shift (3½ hours) will receive payment for the afternoon shift (3½ hours) provided they would normally have been scheduled to work the afternoon shift.
Office Closure. When unforeseen circumstances occur requiring incidental office closure, nurses scheduled to work shall receive their regular pay for all hours scheduled that would have normally been worked if not for the resulting closure.
Office Closure. If weather or natural disaster make it necessary to close an office, the Employer shall do its best to advise every employee of that fact once the decision has been made. If an employee is unsure of the office status he or she should telephone a manager prior to leaving home. If employees are on any form of leave status as of the date(s) of closure, they shall not receive any form of credit for the closure.
Office Closure. When LCOG elects to close a work site due to inclement weather or hazardous conditions, employees not on pre-approved leave will be compensated for their regularly scheduled work hours by LCOG.

IPA shall use its best efforts to require each PCP to acknowledge and agree that such PCP may only close his or her practice to new IPA Members if such PCP has closed his or her practice to new members covered under benefit plans of all third-party payors with which such PCP directly or indirectly contracts. IPA shall require each PCP to notify WellCare at least sixty (60) days prior to closing his or her practice to new IPA Members, subject to this Section 3.9; provided, that the effective date of such closure shall not occur until the last day of the month in which such closure is to be effective; and provided, however, that in the event such PCP is disabled or otherwise incapacitated by illness, such notice shall be given when feasible.
