Association Recognition: The Board hereby recognizes the Association as the sole and exclusive representative for collective bargaining with respect to wages, hours, fringe benefits, and other conditions of employment for all employees in the appropriate unit. The Board agrees not to bargain with or recognize any other organization purporting to represent the members of the appropriate unit for the duration of this Agreement.
