Recognition and Exclusions. Business Day - A normal business day when the University is open, i.e. days other than weekends, statutory holidays, and other days when the University is officially closed. Unless otherwise specified in the Collective Agreement, the „Business Day‟ shall prevail. Calendar Day - One sequential 24 hour period as denoted on a calendar, regardless of the day of the week.
