RECOGNITION AND NEGOTIATIONS. 2.01 The Board recognizes the Canadian Union of Public Employees as the sole and exclusive Bargaining Agent for all Office, Clerical and Technical employees of the Durham District School Board, and the parties recognize the exclusions from the Bargaining Unit which exist as of the effective date of this Collective Agreement. 2.02 The Board agrees to negotiate with the Union and any authorized committee thereof in any and all matters affecting the relationship between the parties.
