The Governing Board of the Contra Costa Community College District, hereinafter referred to as the "Board" or the “District,” hereby recognizes the Public Employees Union, Local No. 1, hereinafter referred to as “Local 1” or the “Union,” as the sole and exclusive bargaining representative of employees in the Classified Services Unit, enumerated in the stipulated Agreement, executed and attached hereto as Exhibit “A.”
