Exclusive Recognition. The Employer will not meet and negotiate with any other labor or employee organization or employee(s), concerning the terms and conditions of employment for supervisors covered by this Agreement. The Employer will not assist or otherwise encourage any other employee organizations which seek to bargain for supervisors covered by this Agreement.
Exclusive Recognition. The Employer agrees not to negotiate with any individual Employee during the term of this Agreement with respect to matters covered by this Agreement.
Exclusive Recognition. The Board recognizes the Association as the exclusive and sole representative of all professional employees of the recognized bargaining unit, except administrative personnel, for the purpose of professional negotiations.

The State of Alaska, hereinafter referred to as the Employer, recognizes the Alaska State Employees Association, AFSCME Local 52, AFL-CIO, hereinafter referred to as the Union, as the exclusive representative of all permanent, probationary, provisional and nonpermanent personnel (excepting those employed in the Student, College and Graduate Intern job classes) in the General Government Unit (GGU) for collective bargaining with respect to salaries, wages, hours, and other terms and conditions of employment.

Exclusive Recognition. The Board recognizes the Association as the sole and exclusive bargaining representative for all certificated employees of the District, with the exception of Superintendent, Manager of Curriculum, Manager of Operations, Manager of Special Programs, Principals, Vice Principals, and other certificated employees who may be excluded by law, for the purpose of exercising all rights accorded certificated employee organizations by the Educational Employment Act. When used hereinafter, the term "employee" shall refer to each certificated employee represented by the Association. Unless the context in which they are used clearly requires otherwise, words used in this Contract denoting gender shall include both the masculine and feminine, and words denoting number shall include both singular and plural.
Exclusive Recognition. A. The Board recognizes the Association as the exclusive and sole negotiation representative for any employee paid on the Certified/Licensed Personnel Salary Schedule. (Revised 1/1/91)
B. If at any time the Board receives a petition signed by thirty (30) percent of the bargaining unit, the Board will schedule a representative election. The election will be conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
C. Expansion of the employees represented by the Association will occur at such times and upon such terms and conditions as are mutually agreed upon between the Board and the Association. In deciding what classifications of employees are appropriate, the Board intends to consider the expressed desires of the affected employees whether reflected by petitions or by a vote on that issue. Although the Board reserves the right to reject inclusion, it is likely that the Board would favorably consider inclusion of an appropriate employee group whose majority of membership has favored the Association representation in a fair and impartial election, conducted without cost or expense to School District 6. X. Xx administrator and employee are encouraged to meet to resolve concerns at the lowest level possible. The employee may discontinue the meeting and ask for representation if needed. An employee has the right to take an Association representative with them to any meeting/conference.
Exclusive Recognition. The District hereby recognizes the Association as the exclusive bargaining representative for all District faculty, as defined in RCW 28B.52. Excluded from the bargaining unit are classified employees, administrators, student employees, and non- faculty exempt employees as defined by law and this Agreement. An excluded individual, category or group having a common community of interest may be added to the bargaining unit consistent with RCW 28B.52 by agreement of the Parties or as determined by the Public Employment Relations Commission (PERC) pursuant to RCW 28B.52.
Exclusive Recognition. The State of Alaska, hereinafter referred to as the Employer, recognizes the Alaska Vocational Technical Center Teachers’ Association - National Education Association, hereinafter referred to as the AVTECTA, AVTECTA/NEA or the Association, as the exclusive representative of all Bargaining Unit Members in the AVTECTA for collective bargaining with respect to salaries, wages, hours, and other terms and conditions of employment.
