The Association recognizes the right of the Board and the Superintendent of Schools to operate and manage the affairs of the Bellbrook-Sugarcreek School District in Greene County, Ohio, in accordance with its responsibilities under law. The Board and the Superintendent shall have all powers, rights, authority, duties and responsibilities conferred upon them and invested in them by the laws and the Constitution of the State of Ohio.
