Recognition of Duties. Subject to the other provisions of this Agreement, the Athletics Director shall devote his/her best efforts full-time to leadership, supervision, and promotion of the University’s athletic programs. Athletics Director will report directly to and act and perform to the reasonable satisfaction of the President of the University (“President”), who will determine Athletics Director’s duties and responsibilities. The Athletics Director shall confer with the President on a regular basis as determined by the President and on significant matters as necessary or appropriate. The President shall evaluate the Athletics Director’s performance at least on an annual basis.
