Common use of Recognition of Members Clause in Contracts

Recognition of Members. The seniority list shall consist of all Occasional Teachers in the employ of the Board as at March 1, 1998 as well as all of the Board’s regular Elementary and Secondary Teachers who have been placed on those recall lists.

Recognition of Members. The "A List" seniority list shall consist of all Occasional Teachers in the employ of the Board as at March 1, 1998 as well as all of the Board’s 's regular Elementary and Secondary Teachers who have been placed on those recall lists. The "B List" seniority list shall consist of all Occasional Teachers hired since January 2006 in addition to the maximum 100 on the A List, including those who opted to transfer from the "A List" to the "B List".
