RECOGNITION OF PREVIOUS SERVICE FOR COMMENCMENT. ON THE SALARY SCALES All previous service as recognised by the employer within the discipline in which the employee is employed shall be counted for the purpose of determining their commencing placement on the salary scale along with any other factors that the employer deems to be relevant at the time of appointment.
